Single row deep groove ball bearings
Single row deep groove ball bearings are particularly versatile. Mostly taking radial load, also sometimes accommodating small axial load in both directions, they are simple in design, non-separable, suitable for high and even very high speeds in operation, requiring little maintenance.
Single row deep groove ball bearings are the most widely used bearing type in mechanical engineering, such as precision instruments, electrical motors, automobiles, motorcycles, and other general machines.
Single row deep groove ball bearings with filling slots
A single row deep groove ball bearings with filling slots have filling slots in both the inner and outer rings enabling more and larger balls to be incorporated with a special riveted cage than standard deep groove ball bearings. They have a higher radial load carrying capacity than standard bearing, but their axial load carrying capacity is small. They are also unable to operate at such high speeds as standard bearings.
Double row deep groove ball bearings
Double row deep groove ball bearings correspond in design to single row deep groove ball bearings with two uninterrupted raceways. They are able to carry axial load acting in both directions in addition to radial load. They are suitable for bearing arrangements where the load carrying capacity of a single row bearing is inadequate. For the same outside and bore diameters, double row bearings are slightly wider and have considerably higher load carrying capacity than single row bearings.
The TCB product range also includes inch size bearings and bearings with tapered bore. These variants are not included in this Catalog
